Hello, friends! And a happy day three of Blogmas to you all! I hope that you are all having an amazing week so far! Today’s post I wanted to share what I made for the Friendsgiving that I went to on Sunday.
I made a big batch of white chicken chili. It’s my aunt’s recipe, and I make it all the time. It is so delicious, and a great hearty meal for the wintertime. I’m pretty sure that I’ve talked about this in other blog posts, but it’s a scrumptious soup that I think is fiercely underrated. There are so many people that have never even heard of it, believe it or not! And it’s amazing as leftovers! That is, if there is any left, ha!

And I also made some banana bread. I know that I’ve talked about this in SO MANY blog posts, but banana bread is just such a great dessert to make. It’s delicious, simple to make, and you’re able to use bananas when they’re past their prime!

And that’s what I brought to Friendsgiving, my friends! I hope that y’all had a great Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, or maybe even that you just had a really delicious meal! Life can get so busy, and I think that it’s great, holiday or not, to make time for our loved ones.
A little bit of a shorter post, but I hope that y’all enjoy it all the same!
Thank you so much for reading!
XOXO,
Mattie Mae
