Hi, friends! Yesterday, I made a new (to me) granola recipe and I wanted to share it because it was a win!
I was running low on granola and hadn’t picked up any from the store, so I ran to Pinterest and found this one:

I didn’t have any parchment paper, but it didn’t stick at all! I was so happy.

I omitted the sugar and added chia seeds and it was a success! I opted for butter and maple syrup.

Stored in this glass jar: so cute!

Voila! Easy as that!

mmm . . . the granola looks wonderful. I’ve never thought of using maple syrup to sweeten granola.
