I Love Small Towns, Crafts Stores, and Free Libraries.

Hello, friends! I know that summer doesn’t technically start until June 21st, but I am really enjoying the beautiful weather and summer activities. Fall has always been my favorite season, but I’m trying to be extremely intentional about making the most of this summer and enjoying it to the fullest.

My daughter and I visited with my aunt this week and we had such a wonderful time and did so many fun activities. I wanted to come on here and share some of the highlights. It’s been some time since I’ve done a post like this.

This store had so many beautiful fabric options. I could have spent hours perusing.
How sweet would these be for a baby blanket?
I thought this was also so neat!
For anyone who knows me, they’ll know how thrilled I was to find this fabric.
I absolutely love these pants and my tote bag that I’ve been customizing with my Girl Scout badges.
How precious was this free library outside of the craft store? You all know I love a free library.
This was a different store — how cute of an idea is this?
This reminded me that I need to buy some local honey, because my allergies have been KILLING me lately.
My aunt had an entire tub full of vintage patterns. I took a pile and am so excited to try them. The artwork on the patterns is so beautiful that I want to frame them!
There were even patterns for menswear! I love the large collars.
How fun are these patterns? Very Western.
My little haul! I couldn’t resist all of these fun patterns that all looked very vintage to me. And the necklace was an addition as I was waiting in line. I absolutely love the pendent, but the clasp comes undone within minutes of putting it on. Need to workshop.

That’s all for today, friends!

Xoxo, Mattie Mae
