Toddler Breakfast Idea: Peanut Butter and Banana Quesadilla

Hello, friends! This idea isn’t life-changing by any means, but being a toddler parent, some days I feel like all I do is cook, clean up what I cooked, repeat x 3. So, when I’m able to find a simple, well-rounded meal, I make it as much as possible. I aim to have a source of protein, a carb, and fiber present at all meals.

Self explanatory, but: take your tortilla of choice, spread it with peanut butter and add your thinly sliced bananas.
Add to your pan with butter. We just bought this ceramic pan and I’ve been loving it!
And voila!

That’s it, friends! So so easy! It could be delicious to use some yogurt as a dip, which would add even more protein. Would love to hear some of your breakfast ideas!
