Hello, friends! I made some banana bread on Sunday and it turned out SO good. I’ve been making this banana bread for years… I have a post about it from years ago and even a Youtube video of me making it, ages ago. (I cannot believe it’s almost been SIX years since I made that post. Talk about time absolutely flying!!!)
This time when making it, I made a few changes. Instead of all purpose flour, I used oat flour. I also added a handful of the Hu baking chocolate and OH MY GOSH — game changer. Admittedly, I grabbed the chocolate at the natural food store not realizing how much they were…. A tad expensive for chocolate, but honestly? Worth it! I’m not the biggest chocolate lover, but I love the Hu chocolate bars and they have great ingredients, if you’re picky about that sort of thing. (I never thought that I would be, but I’ve become one of those people — ha!)
